As a side project, I created a collection focusing on sustainability. With the boom of concrete towers in upcoming cities, many have come across the concept of urban gardening. Usable agricultural land on this planet is finite and degrading at an alarming rate. As our population increases and consumption increases, urban gardens can provide communities with fresh fruits and vegetables. This omits hidden costs such as the use of fossil fuels, pesticides and preventing soil erosion. Urban agriculture promotes local and sustainable food systems that are good for the environment, the ecosystem, and the climate.
